Following the optimism of the third quarter market reports released last week, New York Magazine has...more optimism, this time from developers of six new or returning-to-the-market developments. These include the six townhouses at 345 State Street in Boerum Hill, which can be yours for $3.5 million to $4 million each, +Art, at 540 West 28th Street, which is returning to the market after sales stalled last fall. When asked about marketing strategies for these projects, Corcoran Sunshine Managing Director Elaine Diratz said, “Anybody building that type of product...I think will do well.” Strategy?
