An Israeli business paper checks in on the sales progress at the New York projects owned by developers Lev Leviev and Shaya Boymelgreen, and it ain't pretty, though we're a little uneasy with this trend of newspapers basing entire stories on StreetEasy research. Projects mentioned: 20 Pine (still 20% unsold), District (half sold maybe?) and Novo Park Slope (most units sold at 5%-10% discounts). [Globes]
