Using a cool little slider tool on the Times' website, we get to compare two photos of Bryant Park taken by David Dunlap, one from 1978 and the other from last week or something. The exercise is meant to show all the new development around the park, but what it really does is make us wonder if the oft-derided old façade of the Verizon building is actually better than the green glass they recently slapped onto the outside.
