New Truck on the Block: La Cense Beef

So this is what’s been missing from the NYC eat fleet: Black Angus burgers from Montana.

Starting at the end of this week, midtown meatheads can get their burger fix in a big, four-wheeled way: the La Cense Beef Truck will debut at 46th and Park, says Grub Street, with $7 burgers (and not just any burgers: Black Angus ones made with beef from the La Cense Montana ranch where the cattle are 100 percent grass-fed and the farming methods are sustainable). What will you eat with your burger? Pickles ($.50) and chips ($1) of course.

All that, and you get to gaze at the truck’s landscape art, which is meant to depict the grassy highlands where the lucky Montana cows graze (or is it a blowup of the Windows default desktop? Hmm) Full details on Grub Street – including La Cense’s Twitter feed!
