TOO MANY COOKS: Batali. Chang Meehan. These three culinary heavy hitters – a category into which Peter Meehan graduated when he co-authored “Momofuku” with David Changdescend upon The Strand to talk shop, and by "shop," we mean "duckfat and pork belly." 7PM.

FAR OUT: Boundary-smashing pop-electronica maven Imogen Heap showcases songs from her latest album “Ellipse” – plus crazy costumes (her usual) and a “slightly mad” cello solo by a local fan handpicked by Heap – at her long-awaited show at the Fillmore at Irving Plaza. 7PM.

DICKENS REDUX: Premiering tonight and running through December 13 is “Filthy Lucre: A Burlesque Christmas Carol”, presented by the good people at Pinchbottom. Quoth the press release: "Other than changing the Scrooge character to a woman, his counting house to a strip club, and adding boobs every few minutes, the show will be completely faithful to Dickens." Walkerspace, 8PM.
