Police have released video of a vicious dog beating inside a Harlem housing project in August.

The video, taken on August 26, captures a male suspect kicking the medium-sized dog in the lobby of the Wagner Houses on East 120th Street.
 
The suspect continued to kick and smack the dog multiple times inside the elevator. He is also seen yelling at the dog.
 
Police are asking for the public's help in finding the suspect. He is seen in the video wearing a red Aeropostale t-shirt, shorts, a New York Yankees baseball hat.
