Police are searching for a man who pushed his way into an Upper West Side apartment and sexually attacked a woman, authorities said.
The man followed a 36-year-old woman to her apartment and pushed his way inside shortly after 11 p.m. Friday, according to the NYPD.
The man threatened to kill the woman, began choking her and sexually attacked her before fleeing, police said.
Police describe the man as clean shaven, about 40 years old, 6 feet tall and roughly 200 pounds.
