Woman Grabbed, Sexually Assaulted on W. Village Street: NYPD

Police released this photo of a suspect

Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a 30-year-old woman walking down the street in the West Village last week.

Police say the woman was walking near Greenwich and Horatio streets shortly before 4:30 a.m. June 6 when a man grabbed and assaulted her.

The man, who police say is between 25 and 35 years old, left the scene after the attack.

The woman was taken to a hospital and was treated and released.

Authorities are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
