Police are looking for a man who stole cash from the register of a Bronx Subway restaurant over the weekend before being chased away by an employee wielding a pipe.
The suspect walked into the Foxhurst Subway around 9:20 p.m. Saturday, went behind the counter and took cash from the register, the NYPD said.
Surveillance video shows the suspect take off after an employee threatens him with what police said was some type of pipe.
The employee was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for lacerations to the forehead.
