Thousands of Rabbis Pose in Brooklyn

It was an unusual sight in Brooklyn Sunday, when more than 3,000 Hasidic rabbis posed in a rare photo op.
The rabbis were in Brooklyn for the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries over the weekend, according to a spokesman for Chabad.org. The annual event is aimed at reviving Jewish awareness and practice around the world.
There were nearly 4,500 rabbis from 77 countries in attendance. The "class photo" included 3,000 of them.
The photo took place in front of 700 Eastern Parkway.
