The outbound tube of the Lincoln Tunnel has been reopened following an accident in New Jersey, officials said.

Commuters should expect extensive residual delays in the area.

NJ Transit trains cross-honored bus tickets and passes to and from New York Penn Station.

It wasn't immediately clear what caused the accident, nor if anyone was seriously hurt.
