Protester Arrested After Threatening to Attack Macy's With Molotov Cocktail

He was caught on video making the threat, and was arrested at the encampment Wednesday

Police say a 29-year-old Occupy Wall Street demonstrator has been arrested on a charge of making a terrorist threat after he was caught on video threatening to attack Macy's with a Molotov cocktail.

Nkrumah Tinsley was arrested by police Wednesday at the encampment in lower Manhattan. Video posted online shows Tinsley saying he was going to "burn down the city" on Thursday, when many protests were planned across the country. He also threatened to attack Macy's.

Police spokesman Paul Browne said authorities were concerned enough about to want him in custody. Police say it wasn't clear if Tinsley had any bomb-making materials. There was no telephone number at his last known address.

He was also arrested on a charge of assaulting a police officer on Oct. 26 during another protest.
