The New Jersey substitute teacher who was last week accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student in her car is facing additional charges, prosecutors say.
Linda Hardan, 21, was arrested Friday on charges of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office said Saturday. Tuesday, she was charged with an additional count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Hardan is accused of assaulting a student from Manchester Regional High School, where she worked as a substitute teacher, prosecutors said. Authorities allege she assaulted the student inside a car in Wayne.
Tuesday, she was also accused of sending sexually explicit photos to the student.
Attorney information for Hardan wasn't immediately available.
