Police are asking for the public's help in solving a fatal hit-and-run accident in Manhattan on New Year's Eve.
Investigators on Sunday released a surveillance video of a dark-colored Land Rover or Range Rover that they suspect struck and killed Guler Ugur, a 44-year-old commercial photographer, who was crossing 113th Street and Amsterdam Avenue in Morningside Heights.
Police said the vehicle's passenger-side headlight and bumper were damaged in the accident.
