Two suspects pushed their way into a Queens home before shooting a man to death, police say.
The suspects forced their way into the home on Peconic Street in Ozone Park Monday and began fighting with 51-year-old Frankie Nieves, who was inside, police said.
Nieves initially escaped, then moments later confronted the suspects, who shot him in the chest and took off in what police believe is a 2012-2015 white BMW 528i with no front plate, police say.
Nieves was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspects were wearing dark clothing, hoods and ski masks.
