A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 54-year-old man whose body was found in a Queens motel.

Lleuyel Garcia was charged with two counts of murder and one count of robbery, among other crimes, in the death of Joseph Benzinger.

Benzinger was found unconscious inside the Crown Motor Inn in Elmhurst on Saturday.

The Middle Village man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, but police have classified it as a homicide. Authorities say the two men knew each other.

It wasn't immediately clear if Garcia had an attorney.

    The investigation is ongoing.
