Knicks Fans Help Find Lost Friend in Improv Prank

Newest Garden chant:"Where is Rob?"

The group Improv Everywhere pranked two sections of fans Madison Square Garden during a recent Knicks game with "Rob," an agent who pretended to get lost after leaving his seats for some popcorn.

As the agent wandered further and further away each time, fans called out to help bring the very confused-looking Rob back to his seats.

Six of them were agents themselves and in on the joke, which was organized by the urban improv group and captured on camera -- including a broadcast shot of Rob wandering the stadium nearly court side.

On the group's blog, we learn this wasn't Rob's, er, Agent Lathan's, first rodeo. He did the Guy Gets Lost At Game trick back in 2006 at Yankee Stadium, but that was before the prevalence of cheap video camera technology and brave women who hide them under piles and piles of underwear and tampons.

The end result comes together in a funny little video edited by Matt Adams. Watch it below, and full a full play-by-play report of the game within a game, visit Improv Everywhere.
