160 Homes Evacuated After Gas Main Break in New Jersey

    More than 150 homes were evacuated as a precaution after a gas main broke in a New Jersey neighborhood Friday morning, authorities say.

    Police say they evacuated a four-block area in Parsippany after the break around 8 a.m.

    They said residents were allowed to return to their homes a short time later.

    Crews remain at the scene.
