Authorities are investigating after a fetus was discovered at a sewer treatment plant in Newark, New Jersey.
Officials say they got a call about the grisly find at the plant on Wilson Avenue Wednesday morning.
Police in Newark referred questions to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, which confirmed it was investigating.
