A Staten Island man whose wife was found dead in her home has been taken into custody, a police source confirms.

Eva Rubin, 63, was found strangled in her bedroom in their Crafton Avenue home, police said.  Investigators said they were looking to question Rubin's husband, Arthur Rubin, but could not find him.

Police sources told NBC New York that Rubin was taken into custody for questioning Tuesday evening.
