Building Super Admits Sex With Labrador Retriever

Kujtim Nicaj was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of burglary and sexual misconduct

The superintendent of a Westchester County apartment complex has admitted entering a resident's apartment and performing sex acts with the homeowner's Labrador retriever.

Kujtim Nicaj, known as Tim, 43, pleaded guilty Monday to sexual misconduct and second-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony.

Prosecutors said he worked as the superintendent of Rye Colony Cooperative Apartments, and on Feb. 8 he entered an apartment and "engaged in multiple sex acts" with a 15-month-old dog.

The resident had cameras that recorded the acts, authorities said.

“This defendant engaged in behavior that is not only reprehensible but also was abusive to someone’s pet,” Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore said in a statement.  “Taking advantage of a helpless animal is an act of depravity which has often been a predictor of violence against humans.”

He faces up to 15 years in prison and must register as a sex offender.
