Adult visitors who want to attend Gov. Andrew Cuomo's open house Sunday at the Executive Mansion in Albany will need to register for tickets.
The governor's office says space is limited for the 1-3 p.m. event, the free tickets are non-transferrable, and attendees will be selected by lottery if requests exceed space.
Everyone over 16 will need a ticket, and those chosen can bring one guest and any minor children from their household.
Registration began Wednesday afternoon and continues through 9 p.m. Thursday at the website http://www.governor.ny.gov .
Among the list of prohibited items are weapons, drugs, bags, backpacks, luggage, parcels, briefcases and both still and video cameras.
No storage will be provided, and guests with prohibited articles will be turned away.
