Andrew Cuomo is sworn in as Governor of New York at the Executive Mansion Dec. 31, 2010 in Albany, New York.

Adult visitors who want to attend Gov. Andrew Cuomo's open house Sunday at the Executive Mansion in Albany will need to register for tickets.

Everyone over 16 will need a ticket, and those chosen can bring one guest and any minor children from their household.

Registration began Wednesday afternoon and continues through 9 p.m. Thursday at the website http://www.governor.ny.gov .

Among the list of prohibited items are weapons, drugs, bags, backpacks, luggage, parcels, briefcases and both still and video cameras.

No storage will be provided, and guests with prohibited articles will be turned away.
