Woman Arrested in NYC Acid Attack

Authorities say a woman has been arrested for throwing some sulfuric acid at a 59-year-old Brooklyn man.

The FDNY told the Daily News that both the attacker and the victim suffered second- and third-degree burns. They were taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. They were not immediately identified.

It wasn't clear what prompted the Sunday evening attack.
