Tyra will join the cast for an episode as Ursula Nyquist, a "larger-than-life actress" that Serena tangles with at a film premiere.
The "America's Next Top Model" and "The Tyra Banks Show" host will star in an episode of the third season of the popular CW drama this fall – but not as herself, a rep for the show confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Instead, Tyra will join the cast for an episode as Ursula Nyquist, a "larger-than-life actress" that Serena tangles with at a film premiere. It'll be the supermodel's first character television role since a 2004 episode of NBC's "American Dreams."
She won't be the only fresh face on The CW show. Hilary Duff will also appear on the program as a movie star, one who enrolls at NYU and rooms with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr). "Gossip" fans will have to wait and see if their paths cross when the show returns this fall.
