Nancy Grace Suffers “DWTS” Wardrobe Malfunction

"There was a little tiny movement, but it did not equate to a wardrobe malfunction," she tells People

Nancy Grace's moves on the dance floor improved over last week, but unfortunately her performance was overshadowed by an uncooperative dress.

The 51-year-old HLN host kicked off the second week of competition with an impressive quickstep routine, but as she stood awaiting judgment, the top of her dress slipped down. The "Dancing With the Stars" crew quickly cut away, but the damage was the done and the screengrabs are everywhere.

Judge Bruno Tonioli, who never met an opportunity for an inappropriate comment he didn't immediately seize, called Grace's performance "top heavy." Of course, he did praise her for being "vivacious and lively."

Despite all seeming evidence to the contrary, Grace insisted no wardrobe malfunction took place.

"There was a little tiny movement, but it did not equate to a wardrobe malfunction," she told People. "I would be mortified."

She said it would be impossible because of her "industrial-strength bras, gaffer tape, you name it."

As for the rest of the field on Monday, Ricki Lake, Chynna Philips, and J.R. Martinez continued to be strong, while last week's surprise contestant Chazz Bono saw his standing take a tumble as aching knees crippled his quickstep attempt.

Rob Kardashian and Elisabetta Canalis improved slightly, but both are still considered on the block for elimination.
