According to TMZ, which was first to report the divorce news, Linde cited irreconcilable differences in court documents filed on Sept. 23, and is seeking spousal support, as well as joint legal and physical custody of the couple's two children.

"This was a mutual decision," a rep for the actor told Access on Saturday. "They are committed to raising their kids together and remain great friends."
