We're always in the market for interesting statement jewelry that can be styled with practically anything. The crusty crystal formations from NYC jewelry brand, VeridiAum, are precisely what we've had in mind: bold pieces in neutral colors that add a burst of sparkle to everything from jeans and a t-shirt to more considered ensembles—in fact, we won't be surprised if one of their hammered-copper cuffs finds its way into our daily aresenal come September.
Besides being extra gorgeous, their latest collection, Prism Capsule, is also fashioned entirely from recycled silver and ethically mined crystals. Designed by Eileen Caldwell and built-to-order by New Mexico silversmith, Mark Tompkins, no two pieces are ever exactly alike, creating, as Eileen puts it on her website, "an esoteric bond between jewel and wearer." Highlights from the new collection include cocktail rings with smoky quartz stones, triangular earrings with a single crystal prism suspended through each, and long pendant necklaces with simple crystal pendants.
