Maria Shriver Moves On… But to Where?

Word on the luxurious streets of Brentwood, CA is that Maria Shriver, soon to be ex-wife of philanderer Arnold Schwarzenegger, recently ponied up $10 million for a fixer-upper in the high-end Westside neighborhood. The purchase of her new mega-mansion, which is in the same vicinity of Arnold's digs, seems to support the fact that Shriver hopes to keep her divorce from the former California governor amicable.

Shriver's new home is still undergoing renovations, but will undoubtedly impress once the house is complete, which is said to happen in about three months, reports TMZ. The mansion features eight bedrooms, seven baths, a three-car garage, a gym, theater, and a wine cellar, all over 11,000 square feet of interior living space. According to the Real Estalker, the ritzy spread was previously owned by movie producer Dylan Sellers (A Cinderella Story and Footloose remake) who unloaded it in 2009 for $4.2 million.

$10 million is a drop in the bucket for the Kennedy descendant. In fact, Shriver could walk away with up to $350 million once the divorce is finalized. For now, the former television host can look forward to kicking up her feet in what will surely be a lavish (and quite deserved) piece of real estate.
