For Halloween, Metromix asks a number of top chefs about the most horrific thing they've witnessed in the kitchen, and let's just say there's a whole lot of skin being burned/peeled off. One tale from Psilakis: "He was working the fry station that night, and he put something in the deep-fryer and instead of using tools to pull it out of the hot oil, he used his hand.
