Impatient drivers are expected at the Lincoln Tunnel, but on Monday morning, it was someone much younger who couldn’t wait. Gone are the days of rummaging for cash or loose change to reach the $16 cash toll to drive through the Lincoln Tunnel. The Lincoln Tunnel stopped accepting cash payments as of Sunday.
