Nets' Harris sits out as Nets lose to Heat

Miami, FL (Sports Network) - New Jersey Nets starting point guard Devin Harris sat out Saturday's 101-96 overtime loss to the Miami Heat to rest a sore hamstring.

The Nets were coming off an overtime win Friday night and Harris did not want to play in back-to-back games.

Harris has enjoyed a breakout season in 2008-09, averaging 23.7 points and 6.6 assists in 30 games for the Nets.
