Police say they arrested two UPS workers Thursday after they were allegedly caught transporting marijuana in a delivery truck, one while he was on the job.

The police investigation began with a tip early Thursday stating that a package containing three buckets of marijuana had been placed in a UPS truck at 104-04 Farragut Rd. in South Brooklyn, authorities said. 

Detectives staked out the truck and followed it to a dead-end street in front of 102-02 Farragut Rd., where a man was apparently waiting for it, authorities said. He took out a box from the truck and put it into the back of a Chrysler minivan. 

When police raided the vehicles, they found 30 pounds of marijuana packed into five 5-gallon buckets inside a cardboard hox. 

Cops arrested the driver of the UPS truck, 52-year-old Alexis Herv of Hawley, Pa., another off-duty UPS driver, 44-year-old Ruben Jordan of Brooklyn, and the driver of the minivan, 58-year-old Donovan Hyde of Brooklyn. 

Attorney information wasn't immediately available. Police say investigation is ongoing.
