Cops Release New Video of Woman Who Allegedly Tried to Lure Girl, 3, Away From Mom

Authorities released new video Wednesday of the woman who allegedly tried to walk off with a 3-year-old girl in Brooklyn last Saturday as her mother was chatting with a neighbor. 

The video shows the woman calmly standing on a street corner before the attempted abduction.

POLICE SAY THE GIRL'S MOTHER WAS CHATTING WITH A NEIGHBOR WHEN THEY SUSPECT PUT HER HAND ON THE CHILD'S SHOULDER AND TRIED TO GUIDE HER AWAY.

The mother, a 28-year-old woman who doesn't want to be identified, told NBC 4 New York that her daughters, 3 and 6, were talking to the woman at about 10 a.m. in Bensonhurst.

She said she initially felt no reason to be alarmed, but then the woman touched the girl on the shoulder and guided her away. 

The mom caught up to the woman and grabbed her child. She then yelled at her and called police. 

No arrests have been made.
