Newark police have arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection with the shooting of five people at a housing complex in the city's West Ward.
According to police, the shooting suspect lived at the Georgia King Village complex where the shooting took place shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Three males and two females, ranging from 17 to 43, were shot; none had life-threatening injuries.
Police are not releasing the name of the suspect because he is a minor.
They arrested him at his home in the 422-unit complex, which has townhouses and two 18-story towers.
The shooting marked the third one this week in New Jersey's largest city. So far, 15 people have been injured.
