A man was fatally shot in front of a Staten Island housing complex early Thursday morning, authorities said.
The 21-year-old victim was shot once in the chest at about 2:30 a.m. on Henderson Avenue near Broadway in the West Brighton section of the borough.
He was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center and pronounced dead, police said.
No arrests have been made.
