A woman is on a mission to find her heirloom engagement ring lost at a burlesque theater and lounge on the Lower East Side.
Jo Panke, the bride-to-be, tells News 4 that she lost her ring Friday night during her bachelorette party at The Slipper Room.
Pictures from the night show that Panke had the ring on at 10:36 p.m. However, when she woke up Saturday morning, she realized it was missing!
A heartbroken Panke believes she might have taken it off when she washed her hands in the restroom.
The story of the missing engagement ring started picking up steam after Panke's sister @rosepanke, a "cat parent" from Brooklyn, according to her Twitter profile, took to the social media platform to ask for help finding her sister's ring, which she says was lost in or near The Slipper Room on Friday night.
"It's a family heirloom of her fiance's so we're really hoping to get it back, please share in case someone might have any information," she tweeted.
Panke, who is getting married Oct. 12 in upstate New York, said the ring is at least 100 years old and belonged to her her fiancé's great grandmother who got married in 1910.

Although the ring can be traced back to her fiancé's family, Panke says her husband-to-be is supportive and told her that what matters is what the piece of jewelry represents and not the ring itself -- but, she says she still wants the ring back!
Nearly 400 people have retweeted Panke's sister's original social media message, which includes an image of the ring, since she first shared it on Saturday. @rosepanke says the ring didn't turn up at The Slipper Room -- and as of Monday morning, it was still missing.
In a statement, a spokesperson for The Slipper Room said: "My staff and I made every effort to look for the ring but it was not found at the Slipper Room. We have sympathy for her loss but cannot be responsible for an item such as [a] ring that might or might not have been lost at our theatre."
