The Humvee was parked at an incline when it slipped out of gear and rolled about 30 feet down a hill at the Pennysaver Amphitheater in Farmingville, police said.
Three other people were also injured. Richard Gherardi, 30, of East Hampton, was inside the food trailer that was struck by the Humvee, police said. He was burned by cooking oil.
Two other women suffered minor injuries and refused treatment.
The Humvee was impounded.
