An animal shelter is warning pet owners in Yonkers of possible animal poisonings in the city.
Several cats and wild animals have been found dead recently near Bretton Road, in the northwestern portion of the city, according to the SCPA of Westchester.
Examiners are still determining how all the animals died, but SCPA officials are asking anyone living in the area with pets or children to be cautious.
