Bronx man flashed an 11-year-old girl in Harlem, police said

A city employee who works with children was arrested on Friday for exposing himself to a 11-year-old girl, police said.

Andrew McFail, a 41-year-old employee of the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development, was arrested on Friday for exposing himself to the child in December, police said.   McFail is accused of approaching the girl on W. 120th Street on Dec. 20., exposing himself and then fleeing, police said.

McFail, of the Bronx, was caught on surveillance footage and identified by a call to the Crime Stoppers tip line after police released the footage, authorities said.  McFail faces charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
