A child who was buried under about 10 feet of snow and ice following an igloo collapse in Brooklyn has been rescued, the FDNY says.
The child was found buried beneath the ice at about 8 p.m. on 42nd Street between 15th and 16th Avenue in Borough Park, authorities say.
He was pulled out and taken to Lutheran Hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
No further information was immediately available.
