Authorities are investigating the death of a 1-year-old girl in Brooklyn.
Police responding to a 911 call at an apartment building in Gravesend Wednesday afternoon found the baby unconscious. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Authorities say the child had no obvious signs of trauma. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine how she died.
The identity of the child has not been released. No arrests have been made, and police say their investigation is ongoing.
