A 24-year-old man has been charged with murder following the shooting death of a 21-year-old man in the Bronx, police say.
Osiris Mosley was arrested early Friday following the Jan. 13 shooting death of Richard Kelly.
Kelly was shot in the legs and back on East 152nd Street in Longwood, police say. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A motive in Kelly's death isn't clear.
Attorney information for Mosley wasn't immediately available.
