    2 Men Sought in Deadly Subway Shooting

    Two more people have been arrested in the apparent gang-related shooting death of a man on a subway platform in Queens earlier this month. 

    Tito Martinez-Alvarenga, 19, and Victor Lopez, 20, both face charges of murder, gang assault, kidnapping and criminal possession of a weapon in the Feb. 3 killing of 20-year-old Abel Mosso on the elevated 7 train platform at 90th Street-Elmhurst Avenue, police said Thursday. 

    A 26-year-old alleged MS-13 member, Ramiro Gutierrez, was arrested days after the shooting on similar charges. He had said he picked up a gun while breaking up a fight and that his mind "went black" after a shot fired. 

    Cellphone video of the shooting shows three men fighting on the ground of the elevated platform as the train is stopped with doors open. A woman is screaming as they struggle, then at least six shots are heard going off.

    Police took one man into custody, and have released photos of two more men they want to speak to. Ray Villeda reports.

    Mosso was shot several times in the face. Authorities said he belonged to a rival gang. 

    His mother, Claudia Mosso, cried as she spoke to reporters the day after he died, saying in Spanish she doesn't think she will ever get over the agony she is living in. The last words she said to her son were, "Take care of yourself."

    It wasn't immediately clear if the two suspects arrested Thursday had attorneys who could comment on the allegations on their behalfs.
