A Long Island man is accused of stalking two women and engaging in hundreds of inappropriate and sexual conversations with them, police said.

Joseph Matthews, 45, of Deer Park, was charged with stalking and aggravated harassment, Suffolk County police said.

He's accused of engaging in hundreds of inappropriate conversations, most of which were sexual, with a 46-year-old businesswoman from 2013 through this summer, police said.

Matthews also had sexual and threatening conversations with a 38-year-old businesswoman this spring, police said.

Anyone who might be a victim is asked to call police at (631) 854-8126.

It wasn't immediately clear whether Matthews had an attorney.
