Man Arrested After 600 Pot Plants Found at Home Day Care

A Connecticut man has been arrested after authorities say they found about 600 pot plants in a garden behind a home day care.

Danny Miller, 57, of West Haven, is charged with possession of a hallucinogenic, sale of controlled substances, and operation of a drug factory.

Police said they found the plants behind a tall fence in Miller's backyard earlier this month.

Miller is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. Information on an attorney for him wasn't immediately available.

Police said more charges are expected in this case. Details on the circumstances surrounding the day care weren't clear, and it wasn't known if it was operational.
