Commuters on the L train into Manhattan may experience delays because of earlier FDNY activity at Sixth Avenue.
Service was terminated at Bedford Avenue because of a smoke condition in the power room at Sixth Avenue around 6:15 a.m., but it resumed an hour later with extensive delays.
Straphangers are urged to allow additional time to travel.
