Service on the No. 7 line has resumed after a brief shutdown in both directions because of signal problems at Grand Central, the MTA said.
Service was halted between 42nd Street and Queensboro Plaza around 10 a.m. Wednesday; it was restored within about half an hour.
Lingering delays were reported.
