The heart of Manhattan has turned into a sea of brightly lit gratitude.
The eerily desolate streets of Times Square have turned into a massive PSA campaign where glowing billboards have messages of gratitude and hope for New Yorkers and New York City’s essential workers who are on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.
