Slowly but surely, the prices at boutique chainlet Scoop are dropping. The cuts began with a 25% off incentive, which was increased to 40 to 60% off in late November. Now, they've gone 75% off. Still, the discount is only on "select styles"—which likely means one sad little rack filled with weird stuff in odd sizes that no one wants.
