The second location of Tonnie’s Minis, at 120 MacDougal Street near Bleecker, is giving out free mini-cupcakes to anyone who walks in. They’re available in red velvet, vanilla, and chocolate. We’re told you can get away with sampling one of each, but please, NYU students, don’t be little piggies.
